MR CRAFTER Carpentry & Joinery Ltd ("MR CRAFTER", "we", "us") supplies products and provides carpentry, joinery and installation services from Victoria, London. You can contact us at info@mrcrafter.co.uk.
Information we collect
- Contact and order details, including your name, email, telephone number, postcode, delivery or installation address and enquiry.
- Order, quotation, invoice, payment, delivery and project information.
- Photographs, measurements, plans, receipts or documents you choose to provide.

- Basic technical and security information needed to operate and protect the website.
- If you allow optional analytics: a temporary anonymous visit ID, approximate city or country, device type, pages and products viewed, searches, basket or checkout stage, enquiry or complaint actions, and limited technical error messages. Analytics records do not contain your IP address or name.
How we use information
We use information to answer enquiries, prepare estimates, process and deliver orders, arrange installation, provide customer service, maintain business records, prevent fraud and meet legal or accounting duties. Optional analytics help us understand demand and identify where customers experience problems.

When online payment is enabled, card details will be entered on the payment provider's secure checkout and will not be stored by MR CRAFTER.
