Delivery charges and timing
Delivery cost depends on the product, supplier, order size and postcode. The available charge is shown during checkout or confirmed before we accept the order. We will provide or agree an estimated delivery date and keep you informed if it changes.
Supply-only orders
Supply-only orders can be delivered to the address provided at checkout, subject to product and postcode availability. Please check the packaging and product promptly and tell us as soon as possible if anything is missing, damaged or incorrect.
Supply-and-fit orders
We are based in Victoria. Local installation requests can proceed through checkout when available. Work further away, or work requiring additional travel or planning, is sent to the administrator for approval. No payment is taken for an area-review request until the job is approved and confirmed.
Changing your mind
For standard goods bought online, you normally have the right to tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, then return them within a further 14 days. Goods should be handled only as reasonably necessary to inspect them. Return costs may be your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Bespoke and altered products
Products made to your specification, cut to size, altered, personalised or specially finished are generally not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not remove your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us with your order reference and photographs where helpful. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate repair, replacement or refund in line with your legal rights.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times can vary by bank or payment provider. Use our return and refund request form before returning goods so we can save the case, issue a reference and provide the correct instructions.
