What cookies are

Essential use
We use essential storage where needed to keep the website secure, maintain an authorised dashboard session, remember a shopping basket and provide requested features. These functions cannot always operate correctly without that storage.
Optional anonymous analytics
With your permission, we use first-party browser storage to create a temporary anonymous visit ID and understand pages viewed, product searches, basket and checkout stages, enquiries, complaints and technical problems. We record only an approximate city or country supplied by our hosting service. We do not store your IP address in the analytics records or attach your name to the anonymous journey. You can choose “No thanks” and the optional analytics will not run.
Payments and external services
When online payment is enabled and you open the payment provider's secure checkout, that provider may use cookies and similar technology to process payment and prevent fraud. External services have their own privacy and cookie information.
Managing your choice
You can remove the website’s stored choice through your browser settings. Clearing site data will ask you to choose again. Blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in, baskets or other requested features from working correctly.
